Description
FDA seeks information concerning firms interested, to include small business socio-economic categories, capable and qualified of providing a Lab Inventory Management System that FDA will use as an Enterprise Laboratory Inventory Solution (ELIS). The centers/offices manage both research and regulatory, multifunctional labs. The labs specialize in multiple disciplines, such as, but not limited to, biology, chemistry, sequencing, human and animal foods, medical and drug products, tobacco, etc. Each lab specializes in sampling, testing, reagent manufacturing, and workflow processes and procedures. Each lab requires enterprise capabilities for lab safety procedures, a hazardous material inventory, data management, quality assurance (QA) / Quality Control (QC) and reporting processes.
The objective of this contract is to create a vehicle that allows each Center/Office to procure and implement an instance of a single lab inventory solution. The vehicle shall be structured as follows:
- Software Licensing
- Implementation and Data Migration
- Training (User and Admin)
- Solution Customization
- Solution Support / Operations and Maintenance
