HHS Chief of Staff to the Deputy Secretary exits, takes VP for Digital role with Optum

Armed with recent perspective gained leading major initiatives and providing strategic direction to the Deputy Secretary to advance Department policies that promote innovation, value-based care, care-coordination and regulatory reform, to include assisting in the daily management and operations of a Department with a $1.3 trillion budget and more than 80,000 employees, POLITICO is reporting that this key HHS leader will serve as a VP for Digital with this major partner to VA, Military Health and HHS/CMS.
