Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation 2 Request for Proposal 36C10B23R0011 March 14, 2023 — VA hereby releases the final Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology 2 (T4NG2) multiple-award Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Proposals are due no later than 1 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on April 17, 2023 via the Virtual Office of Acquisition, Acquisition Task Order Management System (please refer to RFP section L.10 for detailed instructions). Please note that VA reviewed all questions and comments received in response to the 2nd draft RFP and, in consideration, made various updates throughout the RFP. Further questions regarding the final RFP shall be submitted via email to T4NG2.TAC@va.gov no later than 1pm Eastern Standard Time on March 21, 2023. The subject line should state: Questions in response to T4NG2 RFP . Any questions submitted by potential. Offerors will be treated on a non-attribution basis. Potential Offerors are advised that any submitted question may be publicly shared therefore questions shall not contain any proprietary information.
