VHA and former HRSA Exec departs, hangs out own shingle

After spending the better part of this decade with Veteran’s Health Administration in progressively responsible roles, to include most recently as the Assistant Deputy Under Secretary for Health, Policy and Planning and Chief Strategy Officer focused on implementing the VA Strategic Plan, the VHA Operational Plan, and new legislation, this former HHS and VHA leader is now an independent consultant.
